Our rain checks are good for the purchase of equivalent value ticket(s) for the same movie, or another of your choice, and do not expire. Rain checks can only be issued prior to the date & time shown on your ticket. Special Events (including MetLive, NT Live & Ballet): Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable to a friend in the event you are unable to make a show or performance.
