Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations:

  1. We are required to show trailers provided by the film distributor under the terms of our exhibition agreement. The Moviehouse does not have the ability to alter this content. Most distributors are making sure that their trailers are accessible. Independent and foreign films may have different accessibility rules. The Moviehouse makes sure to express our desire for accessible material. If you are unable to view a trailer, look for the trailer on an alternative platform that you know is accessible.

  2. The Moviehouse uses Agile Ticketing Solutions to manage ticket sales, reserved seating, memberships, and gift cards. Some links on themoviehouse.net will take you to an Agile webpage. The Moviehouse has no control over the accessibility of these pages. If you experience difficulty purchasing online, please call our Box Office 518-789-0022 during theatre business hours.
